13 weeks!

How far along: 13 weeks!

Size of baby:   Baby's now the size of a peach! Your fetus is forming teeth and vocal cords...savor this, their nonfunctional phase. Baby is approaching normal proportions, with his head now only one third the size of his body. And intestines are in the process of moving from the umbilical cord to baby's tummy -- much more convenient.

Maternity clothes: I bought comfy shorts and a belly band.

Sleep: I got a Snoolge! :)

Best moment of the week: Singing "Haven't Met You Yet" at the baby's first Michael Buble Concert!

Movement:  My uterus is on the move!!

Symptoms:Just tired!

Food cravings/aversions: None at the moment

Gender: We decided that we would like to find out :)

Belly button in or out: Still an innie! :)

Stretch marks: Oh, I've had those before baby!

What I miss: Having lots of energy!

What I am looking forward to:Being done with the school year!!!

Weekly wisdom: Sleep, I don't think I can get enough of it right now!

We decided on baby furniture. We are going with the Urband Collection by Munire. :) Here is a picture.
In addition, we are going to do a Tigger/Pooh theme. I have to go to BUY BUY BABY and get the border so I can get paint colors. :) We are also going to be getting new carpeting in the upstairs, which is exciting since the stuff we have now is kind of crappy! :)
I also love this video! I might steal the idea! :)

12 weeks!

 My 12 week bump!!

 The baby was sleeping!

Sleeping on the belly!

How far along: 12 weeks!

Size of baby: The baby is a size of a plum! The fetus now measures about 2.5 inches from crown to rump and weighs between three-tenths of an ounce and half an ounce. It is fully formed, from tooth buds to toenails, and your baby's job now is to continue getting larger and stronger for the rest of your pregnancy. With the most critical development behind the fetus, the chance of miscarriage drops considerably after this week.

Maternity clothes: Not yet!

Sleep: Been doing OK! Sleeping like a baby!

Best moment of the week: Feeling a little flip!

Movement: A little flip one night!

Symptoms: Extreme exhaustion! STILL!

Food cravings/aversions: Radishes!

Gender: We decided that we would like to find out :)

Belly button in or out: Still an innie! :)

Stretch marks: Oh, I've had those before baby!

What I miss: Having lots of energy!

What I am looking forward to: Seeing Michael Buble next week!!!
Weekly wisdom: Family is amazing!! I can't wait to have my own!

This week we've been signing up for our registries and trying to determine just where we want to put all of our stock. We are looking at some cute furniture at JcPenny as Buy Buy baby and Babies R Us haven't really struck a fancy with us. We are doing a Winnie the Pooh themed nursery, so I'm on the hunt for the perfect bedding and wallborder!! :) I had fun registering for books on Amazon.com.

This was a picture of the daddy to be trying out the rockers :)

In addition, on Mother's day, we opened the cedar chest in my parent's basement and revealed all the goodies my Grammy has crocheted for us through the years.

My dad finally cracked the code!!

Oh Dear! Uncle Keith..What are we going to do with you!

4 Generations!! :)

Week 9! :)

We made it to week 9!

Our BUG was active and happy to see us at our latest U/S! It even had the hiccups! :) The heartbeat was 175, because I had just eaten some cottage cheese and a nutragrain bar. The little one is measuring at 9 weeks at 22mm. :)

How far along: 9 weeks!

Size of baby: Baby's now the size of a green olive!Your little embryo has now officially graduated to fetus-hood. Adding to the excitement, a Doppler ultrasound device might be able to pick up the beating heart. With basic physical structures in place and increasingly distinct facial features, baby is kind of starting to look like...well...a baby!

Maternity clothes: Two pounds, but I attribute it to my not so great eating habits...

Sleep: Been doing ok with my Calm Forte! :)

Best moment of the week: Getting to see our bug so big and active!

Movement: None yet!

Symptoms: Extreme exhaustion! The Morning sickness is GONE!

Food cravings/aversions: Hmm....A slurpee last night :)

Gender: We decided that we would like to find out :)

Belly button in or out: Still an innie! :)

8 Weeks

How far along: 8 weeks!

Size of baby: Baby's now the size of a raspberry! Baby is growing like mad, putting on about a millimeter every day and continuing to straighten out in the trunk. Though you can't feel it yet, baby is moving those little arms, legs, and (now only slightly) webbed fingers and toes like crazy.

Maternity clothes: I've actually not gained any weight yet. I'm still at 168 pounds. :)

Sleep: I  have had some insomnia, but my acupuncturist recommended "Calm Forte" a natural sleep aid, and let me tell you, it's been working!!

Best moment of the week: My all day sickness! Means the baby is doing what it's supposed to!

Movement: None yet!

Symptoms: Extreme exhaustion and feeling pukey all the time. It's all worth it though!

Food cravings/aversions: Let's see, I craved subway...and guacamole...

Gender: We decided that we would like to find out :)

Belly button in or out: Still an innie! :)

Stretch marks: Oh, I've had those before baby!

What I miss: Blue cheese....

What I am looking forward to: My next u/s appointment! :)

Weekly wisdom: It's okay to not LOVE every second of being pregnant...there are no pregnancy police and God is busy just being happy for what he has helped you create. So cut yourself a break! :) (I stole this from my friend Lyndsay...because well, I lived by this wisdom this week!!)
